Hugh W. Smith - Chief Executive Officer

Hugh W. Smith, serves as the company's Chief Executive Officer and visionary leader. Throughout his career he has served as a visionary, team leader, and strategist and is exceptionally talented in marketing, creative direction and technical development. Simply stated, he is both left and right brained. He has earned a national reputation as a creative leader who knows how to envision, and grow and manage successful companies.

He has held C-level positions in multiple industries including architecture, advertising, construction, healthcare, real estate development, retail and technology. His many successes in each of these vertical markets has centered on his unique ability to create and implement exceptionally successful marketing campaigns that are based on visionary strategies that generate wealth.

Hugh's previous career experience includes service in the following positions:

• CEO of Vega Prime, a leading Atlanta based interactive marketing and advertising agency;
• COO of CCS Consulting, an Atlanta based technology firm specializing in Internet and portal technology development;
• CEO of Blue Mountain Builders, a Virginia based residential and light commercial construction company;
• CEO of PhyMed Services, a national healthcare company that provided services for over 400 national health insurance companies, hospitals, and clinics;
• COO of Consolidated Equities a Virginia based real estate conglomerate;
• CFO of Carter and Steele Enterprises, a Virginia based real estate syndicate; specializing in the marketing development, and management of multiple regional shopping centers, Marriott Inns and commercial office projects.

Hugh began his career as an Air Force Officer and Pilot. After completing his military service, he joined a large Virginia based certified public accounting firm, became a CPA and gained significant financial, tax and operations experience in both the public and private sectors.

He has a Bachelor Degree from Marshall University and holds multiple technical and non-technical certifications. He operates with a hands-on style as he leads the company's many marketing, advertising and creative design, initiatives. He is most proud of his ability to create a vision, build highly effective marketing and advertising campaigns and then inspire and direct the never ending challenge for revenue growth and mission accomplishment.

His hobbies include chess, gourmet cooking, reading, tennis and travel.
